About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and highly connected Outreach Manager who understands the education ecosystem and can build strong relationships with schools, universities, and educational institutions across India.
The ideal candidate must have prior experience working with:
- Educational Publications
- School Networks
- Universities
- EdTech or Academic Solutions
Candidates with an existing network in schools and institutional sales experience will be highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain strong relationships with schools, principals, management teams, and universities
- Expand institutional partnerships across North and South India
- Represent the organization in meetings, conferences, and educational events
- Coordinate with academic institutions for collaborations, onboarding, and outreach activities
- Drive business growth through strategic networking and institutional engagement
- Generate leads and convert institutional opportunities into long-term partnerships
- Travel extensively for meetings, presentations, and relationship-building activities
- Work closely with leadership and sales teams for expansion planning
- Proven experience in educational outreach, institutional sales, publication industry, or university relations
- Strong network within schools, colleges, and educational institutions
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to travel frequently across regions
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and relationship-focused personality
- Comfortable working in a hybrid work environment
- Immediate joiners will be given preference
- Experience with publication houses
- University outreach experience
- School ERP / EdTech / Academic solution sales exposure
- Existing institutional database and network
