Job Roles & Responsibilities

  • Own enterprise business development by identifying, prospecting, and closing new customers for cloud, VDI, digital workspace, SaaS, and managed IT services across assigned enterprise accounts.
  • Build strong relationships with CIOs, IT leaders, procurement teams, and business stakeholders while positioning cloud transformation, virtualization, and digital workspace solutions.
  • Conduct discovery sessions, deliver solution presentations, prepare commercial proposals, negotiate contracts, and drive opportunities through the complete enterprise sales lifecycle.
  • Maintain accurate CRM updates, sales forecasts, pipeline hygiene, account plans, and revenue projections while consistently achieving quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Collaborate with OEM partners including Microsoft, Citrix, VMware, AWS, Google Cloud, and internal solution teams to deliver customer-focused technology solutions.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
  • 8+ years of experience in Enterprise Sales, Cloud Sales, SaaS Sales, IT Services Sales, Solution Selling, or Technology Consulting.
  • Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding enterprise sales targets, with experience managing large accounts and complex B2B sales cycles.
  • Strong understanding of cloud platforms, VDI, Digital Workspace, Citrix, VMware, Microsoft Azure, AWS, Google Cloud, or related enterprise infrastructure solutions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, stakeholder management, and consultative selling skills with the ability to work from Bangalore in a full-time office setup.
