Location: IT Park, Chandigarh

Job Type: Full-time-Work from Office only (6:30pm-3:30 am and 5:00 am- 2:00 pm)

Experience Required: Minimum 1 year in outbound sales or tele calling

• Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads
• Pitch products/services clearly and convincingly
• Follow up with prospects via calls or emails
• Maintain daily call logs and report to the team lead
• Meet weekly/monthly sales targets
• RequirementsProven experience in outbound sales or telesales (1+ year preferred)
• Fluent in [English/Hindi/Regional language]
• Confident communication and persuasion skills
• Basic computer and CRM usage knowledge
• Self-motivated with a result-oriented mindset
