Job Title: Operations and Dispatch Specialist

Location: On Site in Ghent, Kentucky

Schedule: Monday - FridaySalary: $48,000 - $55,000

Responsibilities Of The Operations And Dispatch Specialist

• Answer inbound calls from drivers, customers, and other stakeholders in a professional manner.
• Route calls and inquiries to the appropriate team members.
• Perform accurate data entry and maintain operational records.
• Assist with documentation and administrative support related to transportation and dispatch activities
• Schedule and dispatch drivers and equipment.
• Monitor and track shipments to ensure timely and safe delivery.
• Communicate with drivers, customers, and internal teams to provide updates and resolve issues.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications Of The Operations And Dispatch Specialist

• 1–2 years of business, customer service, operations, or related experience preferred.
• Able to adapt to changing priorities and perform well under pressure.
• Capable of managing multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy.
• Maintains a positive attitude and builds strong professional relationships.
