Role Description The Dispatch Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Faridabad. This role is responsible for organizing and scheduling dispatches, coordinating with warehouse and transport teams, and ensuring timely delivery of materials and finished goods. The Dispatch Coordinator will maintain accurate dispatch records, oversee data entry related to shipments, and update tracking information in relevant systems. The role includes regular communication with customers and internal stakeholders to provide dispatch status updates and resolve any delivery issues. The Dispatch Coordinator will also support continuous improvement of dispatch processes and compliance with company policies and safety standards.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong dispatching and coordination skills, with experience managing schedules and shipment workflows.
• Candidates should possess clear communication skills and a customer service mindset for interacting with clients and internal teams.
• Candidates should possess skilled multi-tasker abilities to handle multiple dispatches, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously.
• Candidates should possess accurate data entry skills and basic computer proficiency for working with spreadsheets and dispatch management systems.
• Relevant experience in logistics, transportation, warehousing, or packaging operations is beneficial.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are preferred.
• A diploma or bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain, business, or a related field is an advantage.
