Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Dispatch Supervisor role based in Becharaji. The Dispatch Supervisor will oversee daily dispatch operations, including scheduling and coordinating vehicle movements, assigning routes, and monitoring delivery status. The role involves supervising dispatch staff and drivers, ensuring adherence to company procedures and regulatory requirements, and resolving operational issues as they arise. The Dispatch Supervisor will communicate with customers, internal teams, and external partners to provide accurate status updates and maintain service quality. The position also includes maintaining dispatch records, tracking performance metrics, and supporting continuous improvement in safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

• Candidates should possess dispatching skills, such as route planning, load allocation, and real-time tracking of vehicles and shipments.
• Candidates should possess effective communication and customer service skills to interact with drivers, clients, and internal stakeholders in a clear and professional manner.
• Candidates should possess knowledge of DOT regulations and relevant transportation compliance requirements to ensure safe and lawful operations.
• Additional beneficial qualifications include experience in transportation or logistics, proficiency with dispatch or fleet management software, strong problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.
• A diploma or degree in logistics, supply chain, business, or a related field is preferred, along with the ability to work flexible hours as operational needs require.
