Job Description
- The Operations Head will be responsible for end-to-end manufacturing operations, ensuring efficient production, cost control, quality compliance, and on-time delivery. The role involves managing multiple processes including forging, machining, gear cutting, grinding, and welding while driving continuous improvement and profitability.
- 1218 years of experience in manufacturing (forging/machining industry preferred).
- Minimum 57 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of forging and machining processes.
- Lean manufacturing and cost optimization expertise.
- Strong leadership and decision-making ability.
- Good understanding of ERP systems and production planning.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
