Key Responsibilities: 1. Clinic Operations Management:
- Oversee the daily operations of the OPD neuro rehab centre, including scheduling, patient flow, and administrative tasks.
- Ensure the clinic operates efficiently while maintaining high standards of care and service delivery.
- Implement and monitor operational policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure smooth functioning. 2. Staff Management:
- Lead, supervise, and support non-clinical staff,administrative personnel, and support staff.
- Coordinate staff schedules and ensure adequate coverage for all services. 3. Patient Experience:
- Ensure an exceptional patient experience by maintaining a high level of service and care.
- Handle patient inquiries, concerns, and feedback to enhance satisfaction and retention. Oversee the patient intake process, ensuring accurate documentation and efficient onboarding. 4. Financial Management:
- Monitor and manage the centre’s budget, ensuring efficient use of resources.
- Oversee billing, invoicing, and financial reporting, working closely with the finance department.
- Develop strategies to optimize revenue generation and manage operational costs. 5.
- Maintain updated records, licenses, and certifications for the clinic and staff.
- Coordinate audits and inspections as required
