Job Description

Location Name: Pune Corporate Office - Mantri

Job Purpose

Oversee KPI design and integration with system development and change management initiatives. Drive strategic monitoring frameworks and early warning systems aligned with organizational performance goals.

Duties And Responsibilities

Collaborate with system development and change management teams to define KPIs for new and existing platforms.
Ensure monitoring framework evolves with system upgrades and new integrations.
Drive design and implementation of early warning signal systems for proactive monitoring. Followed by assessment and establishment of BCP solution for all critical process’s tech solutions.
Align monitoring KPIs with organizational performance and availability goals.
Provide strategic input on monitoring tools, automation, and reporting frameworks.
Present system performance insights to senior management on regular basis as part of Control Charts framework and recommend short / long-term improvements

Required Qualifications And Experience

Qualifications
Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Operations, or related field.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
Work Experience
8+ years of experience in IT operations, system monitoring, or enterprise architecture.
Strong expertise in API management, system integration, and monitoring frameworks.
Proven ability to design KPIs and monitoring strategies at organizational scale.
Excellent leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and strategic thinking skills.
