Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Sales & Marketing Executive to support our sales and marketing activities. The candidate will help in generating leads, communicating with customers, and promoting the company’s products/services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in sales activities and help achieve sales targets.
- Generate new leads through calls, emails, and social media.
- Maintain relationships with existing customers.
- Support the marketing team in promotional campaigns.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities.
- Prepare sales reports and customer data.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and customer support.
Required Skills:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of sales and marketing concepts.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
Freshers or candidates with 0–2 years of experience can apply.
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of digital marketing or social media marketing.
Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
