Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role as a Sr Zonal Sales Manager located in the Greater Hyderabad Area. The Sr Zonal Sales Manager will oversee sales operations, establish and maintain client relationships, develop strategies to achieve sales targets, and lead a team of sales professionals. Key responsibilities also include identifying new markets, providing insights for product positioning, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and service. The role will involve frequent client interactions, reporting, and collaboration with internal stakeholders to meet business objectives.

Qualifications
  • Proven expertise in Sales Management, Strategic Planning, and Business Development
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in Team Management and Motivation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for Client Relationship Management
  • Analytical capabilities in Market Analysis and Sales Forecasting
  • Knowledge of the cleaning equipment industry is highly desirable
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred
