🌟 Role: .NET Full Stack Tech Lead (Hands-on)**

📍 Location: Cincinnati, OH (Hybrid – 2–3 days onsite)

⏳Duration 6+ Months

🔹 Overview:

We are seeking a strong hands-on .NET Full Stack Tech Lead with 15+ years of experience to work closely with a client’s Agile/Scrum team. This is an execution-focused role, not advisory—candidates will actively contribute to development, design, and backlog delivery.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Work as part of an Agile/Scrum team delivering backlog items.
• Collaborate with onsite/offshore teams and coordinate with vendors (including PwC).
• Act as an onshore coordinator working alongside an offshore counterpart.
• Contribute hands-on to development, design, and technical problem-solving.

🔹 Technical Skills Required:

• Frontend: Angular (TypeScript)
• Backend: .NET Core
• Database: SQL Server
• Platform: Kubernetes
• APIs: SOAP & REST
• Tools: Rally (for Epic/Feature management)
• Environment: Windows, VS Code / Visual Studio Enterprise

🔹 Additional Requirements:

• Strong technical depth with hands-on coding experience.
• Comfortable working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Ability to collaborate across distributed teams.
• Experience in Insurance domain / Insurance products.

🔹 Hiring Preferences:

• Local Cincinnati candidates preferred.
• Open to relocation for the right candidate.
