Role Description


This is a full-time, on-site role for an Executive Sales Representative based in Delhi, India. The role includes identifying and engaging with potential customers, maintaining strong relationships with clients, and driving sales growth. Responsibilities include managing customer inquiries, conducting product demonstrations, meeting sales targets, and collaborating with the internal team to ensure customer satisfaction and generate revenue. The ideal candidate will also analyze market trends and provide valuable insights to refine sales strategies.


Qualifications


  • Proven sales skills, including the ability to meet targets and deliver results
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with potential clients
  • Ability to understand and explain product benefits and features effectively
  • Experience in customer relationship management and solution-based selling
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills to analyze market trends
  • Basic knowledge of or passion for skincare products and industry trends
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and provide customer-focused solutions
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software


45000 + up to 25000 incentive
