🚀 We’re Hiring: Sales Head / NSM / Dy NSM – Jal Jeevan Mission (JJM)

📍 Location: Delhi / Karnal

🏭 Industry: Solar Pump / Water Pump Manufacturing

⏳ Experience: 10+ Years

We are seeking an experienced Sales Leader to drive business growth for Jal Jeevan Mission (JJM) projects across multiple states. This role will focus on government tenders, rural water infrastructure projects and building strong stakeholder relationships.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Lead business development for JJM and government water projects
• Identify and manage opportunities in tenders and rural infrastructure
• Handle end-to-end bidding, compliance and commercial negotiations
• Build relationships with government bodies, EPC contractors and consultants
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project execution
• Drive sales targets and lead a strong sales team

✅ Key Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in government/project sales (pumps, solar, EPC, water infrastructure)
• Strong knowledge of tendering processes and project execution
• Experience in Jal Jeevan Mission (JJM) or similar schemes preferred
• Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, and negotiation skills
