Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Modern Trade Executive for our Mumbai office. The role involves managing and strengthening key accounts, building long-term client relationships, and driving sales performance within modern trade channels. Responsibilities include negotiating and maintaining agreements with retailers, ensuring product availability, monitoring inventory, analyzing sales data, and overseeing in-store promotions and merchandising strategies to improve brand visibility and sales. Qualifications
- Strong skills in Client Relationship Management and Account Management
- Proficiency in Sales Strategy, Analysis, and Target Achievement
- Experience in Merchandising Execution and In-store Promotion Planning
- Exceptional Communication, Negotiation, and Interpersonal skills
- Excellent Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills to interpret sales data and market trends
- Familiarity with modern trade, retail industry practices, or FMCG sectors is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant field
