Now, we’re looking for a visionary Meta Department Head to lead our paid media efforts on Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Threads, etc.) and take our campaigns to the next level. 🔍 What You’ll Do:

• Lead the Meta Ads team, shaping the strategic direction and execution of all campaigns.
• Drive performance marketing initiatives focused on traffic, lead generation, and ROAS optimization.
• Collaborate with creative and data teams to develop thumb-stopping creatives and iterate based on real-time insights.
• Analyze campaign metrics to identify trends and deliver actionable recommendations.
• Stay ahead of Meta’s evolving algorithms, tools, and best practices.
• Mentor and develop a team of media buyers and performance marketers.
  
  

Requirements

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of experience managing Meta Ads campaigns, with a proven track record of success.
• Deep understanding of Meta’s ad ecosystem, including Conversion API, Advantage+ campaigns, Custom Audiences, and Attribution.
• Strategic thinker with strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
• Leadership experience managing cross-functional teams and scaling ad budgets.
• Certifications in Meta Blueprint (preferred).
