A fast-scaling digital marketing agency in India, we partner with D2C brands, SaaS startups, and global enterprises to drive scalable customer acquisition through data-led Meta Ads campaigns. Our team thrives on turning creative strategy into measurable ROAS, blending creative storytelling with pixel-perfect audience targeting, A/B testing rigor, and platform-first optimization across Facebook, Instagram, and Meta’s evolving ad ecosystem. Role & Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize high-performance Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, and Meta Audience Network—from prospecting to retargeting and conversion.
  • Build and manage lookalike audiences, custom audiences, and dynamic product catalogs using Meta Business Suite and Pixel event tracking.
  • Design, launch, and analyze A/B tests across creatives, ad formats (Reels, Stories, Feed), CTAs, and audience segments to refine performance.
  • Monitor KPIs in real-time (CPC, CTR, ROAS, CPA) and adjust bids, budgets, and placements daily to maximize ROI.
  • Collaborate with in-house creatives and copywriters to align ad assets with campaign goals and audience psychology.
  • Deliver weekly performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations for stakeholders using Meta Ads Manager and Google Analytics.
