This is a full-time, on-site role located in Sector 2 for a Medical Sales Counsellor. As a Medical Sales Counsellor, you will be responsible for promoting MediCOLL’s programs to medical professionals and guiding them to choose the best-suited courses. Your daily tasks will include conducting consultations with potential candidates, understanding their career goals, providing information about various fellowship and certificate programs, closing sales, maintaining relationships with healthcare professionals, and achieving enrollment targets. Additionally, you will be expected to maintain organized records of client communication and follow-ups.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with medical professionals.
- Proven sales and persuasion skills, with the ability to identify customer needs and offer tailored solutions.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to manage multiple client interactions and follow-ups.
- Basic understanding or prior experience in the healthcare or educational industry is an advantage.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and other software for documentation and reporting purposes.
- Adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, healthcare, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- A willingness to work on-site in Sector 2.
