Medical Partnerships Executive

EPIA is looking for an energetic and relationship-driven professional to help build one of India’s strongest fertility referral networks.

This is a field-based role requiring regular travel across Delhi NCR to meet doctors, hospitals, diagnostic centres, and healthcare partners.

• Build and nurture relationships with gynecologists, physicians and other healthcare professionals.
• Identify and develop new referral partnerships.
• Conduct regular field visits across Delhi NCR.
• Organise doctor meetings, CMEs and educational events.
• Represent EPIA at conferences, networking events and community programs.
• Maintain a CRM of partner interactions and referral activity.
• Work closely with the clinical and marketing teams to grow EPIA’s referral network.
  

• 2–5 years of experience in healthcare business development, doctor relations or as a Medical Representative.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, organised and comfortable with field work.
• Experience in IVF, women’s health, diagnostics, hospitals or medical devices is preferred.
