MYARMOR is a fast-growing e-commerce brand in Bedding, Furniture, Home, Baby & Pet categories. We're scaling across Flipkart, FirstCry, and other small marketplaces in India. We're not looking to just exist—we're building a profitable, self-sustaining business that doesn't depend on discounts or luck. The Role

Own the digital P&L across Flipkart and key marketplace platforms. Drive predictable, profitable growth without hand-holding.


What You'll Own


P&L Accountability

  • Drive sales growth and profitability across Flipkart, FirstCry, and 1-2 additional high-ROI platforms
  • Own pricing strategy, margin control, and competitive positioning
  • Track and improve ACOS, TACOS, and conversion rates weekly
  • Manage advertising spend for maximum ROI (not activity, results)


Listing & Catalog Management

  • Optimise product listings for rankings and conversions (SEO keywords, images, titles, descriptions)
  • Maintain 100% accuracy in product information across all platforms
  • Identify and fix underperforming SKUs; test new ones
  • Ensure inventory levels align with demand forecasts


Operations & Vendor Management

  • Manage FBF (Fulfilled by Flipkart) inventory planning and stock replenishment
  • Coordinate order flow, shipment creation, and vendor logistics
  • Resolve marketplace issues and policy violations quickly
  • Work with warehouse team on dispatch and inventory tracking


Growth & Optimisation

  • Plan and execute seasonal campaigns and promotional strategies
  • A/B test listing elements, pricing, and ad strategies
  • Identify whitespace and new product opportunities by platform analysis
  • Report weekly P&L and KPIs to leadership (no data surprises)


Must-Haves:

  • 2-3 years hands-on e-commerce marketplace management (Flipkart, Amazon, or similar)
  • Proven track record improving sales and profitability (not just managing activity)
  • Strong analytical skills: comfortable reading dashboards, spotting trends, making data-backed decisions
  • Experience with advertising platforms (Flipkart Ads, Google Shopping, etc.)
  • Practical knowledge of marketplace operations (FBF, inventory, pricing mechanics)


Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience with Shopify or multi-platform management
  • Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, platform dashboards)
  • Background in home/wellness/baby/pet categories
  • Experience with payment platforms (Razorpay) and logistics tools (Shiprocket)


Salary

45K+ per month (Negotiable as per experience)
