We are looking for a results-driven Marketing Specialist to lead B2C lead generation and digital growth initiatives across multiple online channels. This role requires hands-on campaign execution, performance optimization, and ownership of the end-to-end marketing funnel — from traffic acquisition to lead conversion.

The ideal candidate combines analytical thinking with creative execution and has direct experience managing paid campaigns, website performance, and brand positioning.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive B2C lead generation across digital channels.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Own website performance, including landing page optimization and conversion rate improvements.
  • Manage SEO initiatives including on-page optimization, content alignment, and basic technical SEO.
  • Lead social media marketing strategy and audience engagement.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning across digital touchpoints.
  • Track and analyze key performance metrics such as leads, CPL, conversion rates, and ROI.
  • Continuously test and refine acquisition funnels including paid media, email marketing, retargeting, cold outreach, organic content, referrals, and partner-driven channels.

What We're Looking For

  • 3-5 years of experience in B2C digital or performance marketing.
  • Proven hands-on experience running and optimizing campaigns directly (not limited to agency coordination).
  • Strong working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and YouTube Ads.
  • Solid understanding of full-funnel lead generation strategies.
  • Analytical mindset with experience using dashboards, Excel/Google Sheets, and ad platform reporting tools.
  • Ability to interpret data and convert insights into actionable growth strategies.

What Will Give You An Edge

  • Experience balancing brand campaigns alongside performance marketing.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM platforms such as HubSpot.
  • Exposure to US-market audiences and global campaign targeting.
  • Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth, or startup environments.
