Legal Researcher

We are seeking a highly motivated Legal Researcher with strong academic grounding and excellent analytical skills to support our Publications, Marketing, and Public Relations initiatives. The ideal candidate is a law graduate with a keen interest in the financial, commercial, technology, art, art investment, media, and private client sectors. This role is suited for someone who enjoys research, writing, thought leadership, and contributing to strategic communication projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth legal and market research across the financial, commercial, technology, media, art investment, and private client sectors.
• Support the development of publications, newsletters, articles, legal updates, and thought-leadership content.
• Assist the Marketing & PR teams by providing well-researched briefs, insights, and content for external communication.
• Draft clear, concise, and engaging content for reports, client updates, and internal knowledge resources.
• Monitor industry trends, legal developments, and regulatory updates relevant to target sectors.
• Collaborate with legal, marketing, and business development teams to ensure accuracy and consistency in all written materials.
• Support event preparation, press releases, and media-related documentation when required.
• Maintain research databases and contribute to knowledge-management initiatives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized institution.
• Strong interest in financial, commercial, technology, art, art investment, media, and private client practice areas.
• Excellent research, written communication, and analytical abilities.
• Ability to interpret and simplify complex legal concepts for diverse audiences.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office and comfort working with online research tools and legal databases.
