The Role

• Lead and mentor a team of Product Marketing Associates, fostering their growth and ensuring high performance.

• Oversee and guide creative designs for catalogs, web pages, flyers, stuffers, and emails, ensuring brand consistency and impact.

• Act as a key liaison between Merchandising and Creative teams, streamlining the new product selection process.

• Develop and implement innovative product positioning strategies, aligning with market trends and customer needs.

• Analyze market research and internal reports to identify emerging product trends and refine marketing strategies.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

• 7+ years of proven experience in product marketing, product management, or new product development, with a strong track record of success.

• Demonstrable experience in sourcing or selecting new products, driving their market entry and success.

• Proficiency in market research and data analysis to inform strategic decisions.

• Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage a team and collaborate across departments.
