Job Description for Virtual Assistant :

Job Title : Executive Assistant


To provide administrative assistant support for business leaders virtually.

To support executives virtually with the ability to communicate via email and telephone.


Job profile is to work on hybrid model to the Leadership Team who are based out of NA UK India APAC time zones.

Prior experience in supporting leaders virtually and within NA UK time zones is a plus.

To be successful in this role the candidate needs to be proactive, demonstrate a strong ability to anticipate situations and the flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment to meet stakeholders changing needs and deadlines.

Experienced graduate or postgraduate with 3 to 5 years of experience.


Primary responsibilities include :

Excellent verbal and written and communication skills.

Ability to handle domestic international travel requests that are received through mails.

Book flights, hotel ground transportation etc.

Prioritize and manage multiple and emergency travel involving different projects simultaneously and solving issues in a timely manner.

For expenses receipts are received through mail concur and EA follows up with related vendors to get receipts and submission on time follow up with PM and respective team for approval to avoid late payment fee.

Experience in handling calendar management organizing group meetings handling conflict management optimizing time for different meetings etc.

Must have knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel Knowledge of foreign languages is an advantage.

Any other related EA Admin skills.
