Role Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic HR Recruiters / Placement Executives to handle end-to-end recruitment activities, coordinate with clients, and support candidates throughout the hiring process.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle recruitment for manufacturing and general positions
• Source candidates through calls, referrals, job portals, and field recruitment
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and client companies
• Maintain candidate database and follow up regularly
• Explain job roles, salary, and placement process to candidates
• Support joining formalities and post-placement coordination
• Achieve daily and monthly recruitment targets

Candidate Profile

• Freshers or experienced candidates can apply
• Basic knowledge of recruitment or HR processes preferred
• Good communication skills in Telugu / Hindi / English
• Ability to work with targets and deadlines
• Willingness to travel locally if required

Qualification

• Any Graduate / Undergraduate
• MBA / HR background is an added advantage

Experience

• 0 to 3 years (Freshers welcome)
