Position: Marketing Executive / Admissions & Outreach Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead student admission campaigns and achieve enrollment targets
• Build and maintain relationships with colleges, schools, and coaching institutes
• Conduct seminars, workshops, and career counselling sessions
• Develop and execute marketing strategies (online + offline)
• Manage social media campaigns and lead generation funnels
• Represent IPM Lucknow at education fairs, events, and institutional visits
• Strengthen brand visibility and positioning in the region
• Track leads and conversions and prepare performance reports
• Collaborate with internal teams for content, creatives, and campaigns

Desired Profile

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Marketing, Business, or related field
• 1–5 years of experience in education marketing/admissions/sales (preferred)
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to build networks and influence stakeholders
• Target-driven mindset with a proactive approach
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools and CRM systems is a plus
• Willingness to travel for outreach activities
