Role Description

We are a small software team that is serious about growth. We need someone who actually knows how to generate leads on LinkedIn. Not manage a team that does, not theorise about it, but someone who has personally run LinkedIn campaigns, watched them fail, fixed them, and made them work.

This is a part-time role. You will own LinkedIn outreach end to end.

What You Will Be Doing

Running LinkedIn outreach by building targeted prospect lists, managing connection and follow-up sequences, and tracking what converts. You should have worked with tools like Expandi, InFox, or Dripify.

Reporting back on what is working and what is not, covering connection acceptance rates, reply rates, and meetings booked. And changing course when something is not performing.

Who We Are Looking For

  • You have run LinkedIn campaigns for software or SaaS companies. Not supported someone who did, but you personally ran them. You know what a good acceptance rate looks like, what a bad one means, and what to do about it.
  • Your resume shows numbers, not job descriptions. We want to see actual results with before and after data, what changed, and why it worked.
  • You are comfortable with the tools. Expandi, InFox, Dripify, or similar for LinkedIn outreach. Apollo or Sales Navigator for prospecting and list building.
