Program Manager/Associate Program Manager

As a Program Manager / APM, you'll support a portfolio of senior executive clients through their career search, helping run client calls, coordinating a small research team, and turning strategy into action.

What we're looking for:

• 1–3 years of experience in a client-facing role
• Comfortable with LinkedIn — Boolean search, Sales Navigator, profile and company research
• Clear communicator, written and verbal
• Comfortable without a fixed playbook, takes ownership of what's assigned
