About The Role

We are looking for a creative, execution-focused, and strategic Marketing & Brand Executive to support the marketing initiatives of Jajabor Brand Consultancy (JBC) and Indian Compressors Ltd. (ICL).

This role offers the opportunity to work across two diverse brands - one a leading brand consultancy and the other a global engineering manufacturer. The ideal candidate should be comfortable managing brand storytelling, digital marketing, content creation, campaign execution, event marketing, and corporate communications while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities Brand Marketing

  • Develop and execute marketing initiatives for JBC and ICL.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels.
  • Plan and execute integrated online and offline marketing campaigns.
  • Support brand positioning across different target audiences.

Social Media & Content Marketing

  • Create and manage monthly content calendars.
  • Manage LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
  • Write social media content, blogs, newsletters, website copy, and emailers.
  • Support founder branding and thought leadership initiatives.
  • Coordinate with designers, photographers, videographers, and external agencies.

Digital Marketing

  • Execute organic and paid marketing campaigns.
  • Support SEO initiatives and website optimization.
  • Monitor website traffic, campaign performance, and lead generation.
  • Analyze campaign performance and recommend optimizations.
  • Prepare monthly marketing reports and dashboards.

Product & Corporate Marketing (ICL)

  • Develop brochures, presentations, and marketing collateral.
  • Create customer case studies and success stories.
  • Support product launches and marketing campaigns.
  • Coordinate technical content with business and engineering teams.
  • Assist with website updates and product communication.

Event & Exhibition Marketing

  • Support planning and execution of exhibitions, conferences, webinars, and events.
  • Manage pre-event, on-ground, and post-event marketing activities.
  • Coordinate promotional materials and event branding.

Research & Collaboration

  • Conduct market and competitor research.
  • Track industry trends and identify new marketing opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Sales, PR, Digital, Design, and Leadership teams.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and partners to ensure timely campaign execution.

Requirements Experience

  • 2 -4 years of experience in Marketing, Brand Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Communications.
  • Agency experience preferred.
  • Exposure to B2B or industrial marketing is an added advantage.

Skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong content writing and storytelling abilities.
  • Experience managing LinkedIn and other social media platforms.
  • Good understanding of branding and digital marketing.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail and execution.
  • Creative mindset with analytical thinking.

Technical Skills

Preferred experience with:

  • LinkedIn Campaign Manager
  • Google Analytics (GA4)
  • Google Search Console
  • WordPress
  • Google Workspace
  • ChatGPT and AI productivity tools
  • Basic video editing (CapCut/Premiere Pro) (preferred)
