Role OverviewWe are looking for a creative and performance-oriented Senior Executive – Social Media & Content to lead OTEK's social media presence across Meta, YouTube and LinkedIn. The role requires a balance of content strategy, creative storytelling, community management and paid social advertising to build brand awareness and drive business growth.
Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media Strategy- Develop and execute monthly social media strategies aligned with business goals.
- Plan platform-specific content for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and LinkedIn.
- Build content calendars around product launches, campaigns and seasonal moments.
- Coordinate production of reels, videos, static creatives and product content.
- Write engaging captions, scripts and campaign messaging.
- Collaborate with designers, photographers and video editors.
- Identify trending formats and adapt them for OTEK.
- Plan and execute Meta Ads campaigns.
- Support YouTube video promotion campaigns.
- Manage LinkedIn campaigns for corporate branding and B2B initiatives.
- Optimize campaigns based on performance metrics.
- Monitor comments, messages and customer interactions.
- Build relationships with creators and influencers.
- Identify opportunities for user-generated content and social engagement.
- Track reach, engagement, follower growth, video performance and conversions.
- Prepare monthly social media performance reports.
- Recommend optimization opportunities based on insights and platform trends.
- 3–5 years of social media marketing experience.
- Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager.
- Experience with YouTube and LinkedIn marketing.
- Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills.
- Basic understanding of video editing tools (CapCut, Premiere Pro or similar).
- Familiarity with Canva and AI-assisted content creation tools.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Consumer Electronics brand (Preferred)
- FMCG brand (Second Preference)
- Experience working with influencers and creator campaigns.
- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney or similar is an added advantage.
