Key ResponsibilitiesCorporate Business Development- Develop and execute corporate marketing strategies aligned with the hospital's business objectives.
- Identify and onboard new corporate clients for employee healthcare and wellness programs.
- Establish strategic partnerships with large corporates, PSUs, educational institutions, and government organizations.
- Drive revenue growth through corporate health packages, annual health check-ups, and occupational health services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with CXOs, HR Heads, Admin Managers, and decision-makers of corporate organizations.
- Manage key corporate accounts and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
- Strengthen relationships with insurance companies, TPAs, and referral partners.
- Resolve escalations and ensure seamless service delivery to corporate clients.
- Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns to enhance hospital visibility and market share.
- Lead corporate events, health talks, wellness initiatives, CMEs, and health camps.
- Collaborate with digital marketing teams to strengthen online brand presence.
- Represent the hospital at industry forums, conferences, and networking events.
- Lead and mentor the corporate marketing team.
- Set individual and team targets and monitor performance.
- Provide coaching and training to improve business development effectiveness.
- Ensure adherence to hospital policies and quality standards.
- Achieve annual revenue and business development targets.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Prepare business forecasts, MIS reports, and strategic recommendations.
- Track and improve ROI on marketing and promotional activities.
- MBA in Marketing / Healthcare Management / Business Administration from a recognized institution.
- Additional certifications in Sales, Marketing, or Healthcare Management will be an advantage.
- 8–15 years of experience in Healthcare Marketing, Corporate Sales, Business Development, or Hospital Marketing.
- Minimum 5 years in a leadership/managerial role within a multi-specialty hospital or healthcare organization.
