Job Description

Manager / Senior Manager Operations

Location: Mumbai

Reporting to:- Head – Operations

Key Responsibilities

  • Review of Settlement & accounting of equity/ETF/Future & Option (F&O) trades.
  • Review of MTM (Mark to Market) matching.
  • Review of Margin placement/Release for F&O.
  • Review of ETF (Exchange Traded Fund) basket generation.
  • Co-ordination with market maker /Investment team /custodian for smooth processing of ETF transactions.
  • Co-ordination with Investment team /custodian Foreign security deals.
  • Forex booking, Booking in back office system etc. for International Fund.
  • Preparing and overviewing monthly, quarterly and annual reports sent to regulators.
  • Preparing and reviewing GST returns.
  • Co-ordinating with internal, statutory and SEBI auditors.
  • Assisting in preparing and reviewing annual scheme financials & factsheets.
  • Accounting various scheme expenses.

Knowledge & Essential Skills

  • Should be presentable with good communication and negotiation skills.
  • Should have planning & organizing skills.
  • Relationship skills necessary to manage inter-departmental interactions.
  • Should be proactive and should have the ability to think through.
  • Should have positive attitude and should be a good team player.

Experience & Qualifications

  • Qualification: : CA/MBA
  • Experience : 5-10 years
