Elite Boutique - Investment Banking Associate - TMT

We have partnered with an elite boutique investment bank that is seeking an Investment Banking Associate to join its TMT M&A team in New York, driven by continued deal activity and a strong forward pipeline.

The team advises on high-quality, strategic M&A transactions across software, digital infrastructure, internet, and broader technology-enabled platforms, operating in a lean, execution-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Execute sell-side and buy-side M&A transactions across the Technology, Media & Telecommunications sector
• Build and review detailed financial models, valuation analyses, and operating cases
• Prepare marketing materials including CIMs, management presentations, and buyer materials
• Coordinate and manage due diligence processes and data rooms
• Support senior bankers in client interaction, buyer outreach, and process management
• Work closely with management teams, private equity sponsors, and strategic buyers

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of investment banking experience (Associate level)
• Prior exposure to Technology, Software, Internet, or TMT transactions preferred
• Strong financial modelling, valuation, and analytical skills
• Experience working on lean deal teams with meaningful execution responsibility
• Strong communication skills and ability to interact directly with clients and senior stakeholders
