IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL
Facilitate towards business growth by acquiring and providing administrative services to new customers & Identify potential/dry areas to ensure increase in company revenue.
HOW CAN YOU EXPRESS YOUR TALENT
- Identify, develop, and enhance the capability of all sales channels through increasing customer base to ensure Market share & growth.
- Ensure territory sales targets are efficiently distributed across teams and territories to achieve the targets.
- Ensures implementation of sales planning for all PTCL brands in the territory
- Follow up on all pending orders with relevant teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Coordinate with business operation teams for timely installation of all orders of respective teams to help teams to improve conversion ratios.
- Work towards continuous improvement and expansion of the retail network in respective territory.
- Ensuring direct delivery to channels with agreed service level, productivity and controlling out of stock to channel through distributors and franchisees.
- Collaborate with the trade marketing and channel development teams to ensure 100% compliance with agreed policies within the teams.
- Follow up of bill payments for new customers.
- Ensure quality of sales within territory
- Identify areas for improvement in sales channels and help regional sales management to develop strategies to improve performance.
- Ensure adherence to all company principles and policies.
WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL
Qualification:
- BBA/MBA equivalent degree/ experience.
- Certification in Selling is an art will be a plus.
Experience:
- Experience in the field of sales & distribution.
- Experience in managing internal & external stakeholders.
Technical Competency:
- Sales Techniques
- Sales Process/Strategy
- Product Knowledge
- Market Awareness
