Job Title: Sales Manager – Emerging Markets (SEA)

Location: Dubai, UAE

Reporting To: Regional Business Head / Head – Emerging Markets

Industry: FMCG (Food, Personal Care & Healthcare)

Experience: 8 -15 years

The Sales Manager Emerging Markets will be responsible for driving business growth across assigned South East Asian markets through distributor management, business development, market expansion, and execution excellence. The role will own sales, profitability, and market share delivery while building strong and sustainable distributor partnerships across the region.

Education

• MBA / PGDM in Marketing or International Business mandatory.
• Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university.

Ideal Experience & Capability

• Strong FMCG sales and commercial experience across international markets.
• Proven success in distributor management and market expansion.
• Sound understanding of sales planning, forecasting, trade terms, and go-to-market execution.
• Ability to manage P&L, receivables, and promotional investments.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management capability.
• Willingness to travel extensively across international markets.
• Must have worked in any of these markets Thailand, China, Vietnam or Philippines
