Designation: Manager – Client Success

Office Location: Bangalore

About the Role:

As a Client Success Manager, you will own the post-sales journey for our advertisers and agency partners. Your focus will be on ensuring campaign success, building long-term client relationships, and driving account growth. You will work closely with Sales, Ad Operations,Product, and Analytics teams to deliver great client outcomes and create long-term value.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Success and Relationship Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and build long-term
  • relationships.
  • Lead client onboarding and ensure a smooth transition from the Sales team.
  • Understand client objectives and recommend strategies to achieve their business goals.
  • Conduct regular business reviews and identify opportunities for account growth.
  • Drive client satisfaction, retention, and long-term partnerships.

Campaign Management & Optimization

  • Work closely with Ad Operations teams to launch, monitor, and optimize campaigns.
  • Track campaign performance, budgets, and KPIs to ensure successful delivery.
  • Analyze campaign data and recommend optimization opportunities.
  • Share performance reports and actionable insights with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.

Account Growth

  • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell mDSP solutions.
  • Partner with the Sales team to grow existing accounts.
  • Support commercial discussions through performance insights.
  • Drive greater platform adoption across client portfolios.

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate with Sales, Ad Operations, Product, Engineering, Finance, and Analytics teams.
  • Act as the voice of the customer by sharing feedback and improvement ideas.
  • Ensure timely resolution of client queries and escalations.
  • Maintain accurate account documentation and campaign updates.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 2–5 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Client Services, Campaign Management, or Performance Marketing.
  • Experience in AdTech, Digital Advertising, Programmatic Advertising, or Digital Media preferred.
  • Strong understanding of campaign management and client servicing.
  • Good analytical skills with proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
