In this role, you have the opportunity to

  • Drive core strategic priorities and lead end-to-end project management for critical initiatives originating from the CEO's office.
  • Actively participate in corporate growth by evaluating and executing mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and inorganic opportunities.
  • Operate at the highest level of visibility as a strategic anchor within the CEO’s Office, working directly with C-suite executives and global institutional investors.
  • Shape the market perception of the company by owning the core financial narrative and investor relations strategy.
  • Bridge the gap between external investor communication and internal business tracking to direct efforts towards a collective organisational vision.

Responsibilities will include

Capital Markets & Investor Relations Execution

  • Manage the end-to-end execution of equity fundraising rounds, coordinating investor pipelines and due diligence with global multi-billion-dollar funds.
  • Identification & development of internal and external investors, and expand the investor network to prepare for the next round and phase of the company
  • Ensure the company’s vision and performance narrative are accurately communicated through preparation and optimisation of Company Pitch Deck and manage the Corporate Data Room for investor readiness.
  • Represent the organization at global conferences, confidently articulating the business model, commercial strategies, competitive advantages, and long-term vision.
  • Lead relationship management & engagement through comprehensive monthly investor updates, quarterly Board Meeting presentations, and materials for the Annual Investor Meet.
  • Advise leadership on valuation drivers, provide insights on market perception, investor feedback, and analyst sentiment.
  • Partner with Finance, Legal, and Secretarial teams to facilitate smooth, market-sensitive data disclosures.

Corporate Development & Strategic Alignment

  • Help identify, assess, and optimize special projects and inorganic growth opportunities for the company, explicitly evaluating mergers and acquisitions (M&A) in line with long term plans.
  • Lead and drive high-impact strategic projects from the CEO's office, managing cross-functional execution to deliver on key organizational goals under tight timelines.
  • Drive alignment of senior leadership by coordinating Strategic Meets and Business Management Team (BMT) meetings.
  • Draft corporate messaging and presentations for internal company-wide alignment events, specifically Townhalls.

  • Build the strategic IR roadmap and guide global investor relationships to secure long-term capital partner confidence.
  • Bridge the gap between boardroom expectations and internal execution, keeping senior leadership aligned and the organization moving toward a unified vision.

  • Manage and guide different senior stakeholders to align them towards a corporate objective without direct authority.
  • Confidently navigate direct C-suite and institutional investor exposure while managing market-sensitive information in high-pressure environments.

Qualification & Experience (type & industry)

Education: Graduate or Post-Graduate degree from a Tier-1 academic institution.

Experience:

  • Undergraduate Degree: 3–5 years of relevant experience in a similar high-growth setup or financial services environment in Investor Relations or Investment Banking or Management Consulting.
  • MBA / Post-Graduate: 1–2 years of post-qualification experience in a similar high-growth setup or financial services environment.

  • Storytelling & Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication with the ability to translate complex financials into compelling, clear narratives for investors.
  • Project Management & Execution: Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable leading complex projects under tight deadlines and evolving priorities.
  • Core Financials & M&A: Strong analytical skills with an understanding of capital markets, valuation principles, and financial analysis for M&A evaluation.
  • Executive Leverage & Discretion: Highly mature and dependable to operate with the CEO, handling highly confidential or market-sensitive information with absolute discretion.
  • Diplomatic Presence: Able to clearly share ideas, insights, and strategies across key projects, confidently representing the CEO’s office while collaborating with senior leaders and global investors.
