Role Overview

We are looking for a Manager – Bank Operations to lead and scale reconciliation and settlement operations for our banking clients. This role combines deep banking operations expertise with hands-on exposure to automation, stakeholder management, and team leadership. You will work closely with banks, internal product teams, and implementation specialists to ensure operational excellence and successful transformation outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end banking operations, including reconciliation, settlement, and dispute management
• Lead and oversee reconciliation automation initiatives, including troubleshooting and optimisation
• Act as the primary point of contact for on-site and remote bank operations engagements
• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of recon and automation specialists
• Ensure adherence to SLAs, quality standards, and operational controls
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and implementation teams to drive continuous improvement
• Support large-scale banking and IT transformation projects with a strong operations lens
  
  

What We Are Looking For

• Strong experience in banking operations, preferably across cards, digital payments, settlements, and dispute reconciliation
• Hands-on knowledge of reconciliation processes and automation
• Experience managing large-scale banking or fintech transformation projects
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
• Proven ability to manage stakeholders across banks, vendors, and internal teams
• Demonstrated team leadership, quality ownership, and execution excellence
