Customer Support Specialist- Entry level

Location: Sector 48, Gurgaon

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Experience: Fresher / 0–2 year experience

We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist (Entry Level) to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and basic computer knowledge. Freshers with good communication skills are encouraged to apply.

• Respond to customer queries via phone, email, WhatsApp, or chat.
• Provide accurate information about company products/services.
• Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain proper records of customer interactions in the system.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.

• Graduate / Final year students can also apply.
• Good English and Hindi communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, email, and CRM tools.
• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

• Previous internship or experience in client onboarding / telesales / operations.
• Familiarity with SaaS products is a plus.
