Admissions Head

We are looking for an experienced Sales Head to lead and scale our sales operations. The ideal candidate should have strong exposure in handling high-volume inbound leads, managing sales teams, and driving enrolments in an EdTech or training institute environment, preferably from Catalyst competitors.

• Lead and manage the sales team, ensuring consistent performance and target achievement
• Handle and optimize call processes, walk-ins, and digital leads
• Develop and implement sales strategies to improve conversion ratios
• Monitor daily call metrics, lead quality, follow-ups, and closures
• Train, mentor, and motivate sales counselors to enhance productivity
• Ensure CRM discipline – lead allocation, tracking, and reporting
• Analyze competitor offerings and pricing to refine sales pitches
• Coordinate with marketing, academic, and operations teams for seamless admissions
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reports for management

• Proven experience as Inbound Sales Head / Sales Manager / Admissions Head
• Strong background in EdTech, training institutes, or education sales
• Experience working with Catalyst competitors is a strong advantage
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
• Hands-on experience handling calls and lead-driven sales
• Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Excel
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

• 5–10 years of experience in sales
• Minimum 2–4 years in a team handling / leadership role
