Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Sales Manager to join our team in Vijayawada. In this on-site role, the Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing client relationships, and ensuring achievement of sales targets. The role involves designing and executing strategies to increase sales performance, mentoring and managing the sales team to meet organizational goals, and delivering exceptional customer experience. The Sales Manager will also analyze market trends and collaborate with other departments to identify potential opportunities for business development.

Qualifications
- Strong sales and business development skills, including the ability to identify and pursue new opportunities
- Proficiency in developing and implementing sales strategies and managing sales pipelines
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills
- Analytical mindset for analyzing market trends and data-driven decision making
- Proven experience in team leadership, mentoring, and performance management
- Familiarity with financial products and services, including NBFCs, is an added advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is preferred
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and achieve goals under pressure
