Manager - Alliance Management (Specialty and Innovative Business)

Alliance & Partnership Management

• Serve as the primary Alliance Manager for external development and/or commercialization partners.
• Drive execution of contractual obligations, ensuring timely achievement of milestones, deliverables, and governance commitments.
• Act as the single point of accountability for assigned alliances, managing both external partner interactions and internal alignment.

Cross-Functional & Partner Collaboration

• Lead planning and execution of cross-functional project meetings, including joint governance forums with partners / CMOs.
• Proactively identify risks, issues, and inter-dependencies; drive cross-functional resolution and implement mitigation and contingency plans.
• Foster effective collaboration across internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless program execution.

Commercial launch support

• Liaise with external partners and CMOs for commercial launch readiness
• Drive internal and external work-streams efficiently to support Named Patient Supply and / or commercial launch in several markets

Project & Development Management

• Provide end-to-end project management across CMC, Clinical, Regulatory, Toxicology, and related functions to drive regulatory filings, clinical trials and launch support.
• Develop, maintain, and continuously optimize integrated project plans (MS Project/Gantt), tracking milestones, dependencies, and critical paths.
• Ensure adherence to timelines, proactively managing changes in scope, priorities, and resources.

Strategic & Competitive Insights

• Monitor the competitive and scientific landscape for assigned programs.
• Generate actionable, data-driven insights to inform development strategy and maintain program competitiveness and differentiation.

Stakeholder & Executive Communication

• Prepare high-quality project updates, dashboards, and presentations for senior leadership and governance bodies.
• Ensure clear, consistent, and timely communication across internal teams and external partners to enable informed decision-making.
