Secondary Freight Management:

Responsible for Managing Secondary Transportation pan India, i.e. Depot to Distributors for fresh chilled and frozen products.
Ensure on time execution in full.
Need to ensure transportation cost by monitoring Vehicle Utilization on daily basis and driving max utilization Pan India.
Driving Performance metrics e.g. Indent Vs Placement, Truck Utilization, Vehicle upsizing, Transit Time Adherence, Shortage/ Damages Index etc.
Co-ordination with Ecom, MT, HC sales team & customer service team for order execution.
New transportation vendor development & Commercial negotiation.
Co-ordination with replenishment team for daily order picklist & fulfilment.
Cost control of secondary distribution across categories
Cross-functional support for cold vehicle placement
Real time monitoring of temperature in vehicles & pan India cold storages
