Requirements
Experience & Qualifications
- 10-12 years of experience in Retail Mutual Fund Sales / AMC industry
- MBA or equivalent qualification preferred (not mandatory)
- Strong, established relationships with IFAs, distributors, and channel partners in the respective region
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets, driving revenue growth, and managing teams
- Self-driven, target-oriented professional with strong business development and relationship management skills
- Drive overall retail sales performance for the assigned region and achieve AUM, revenue, and market share targets
- Develop and execute region-specific sales and distribution strategies aligned with overall business objectives
- Identify and tap new growth opportunities by expanding IFA and distributor networks
- Build, strengthen, and manage long-term relationships with key partners and clients
- Lead, mentor, and motivate regional and area sales teams to deliver consistent performance
- Conduct regular market visits, track competitor activity, and share market insights with senior leadership
- Ensure adherence to all regulatory and internal compliance guidelines
- Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to enhance sales effectiveness and customer experience
- Drive regional profitability and sustainable long-term growth
- Provide regular updates on sales performance, pipeline, and market intelligence to leadership
