As a Telesales Executive / Field Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating sales by closing deals over the phone and maintaining strong customer relationships. We are looking for excellent communicators who are comfortable presenting products or services, addressing customer queries, and handling complaints effectively. Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Graduates with 0-4 years of experience in online sales or other sales/customer service roles, including field sales.
  • Proficiency in relevant computer programs, such as CRM software, and telephone systems.
  • Ability to quickly learn about products and services and effectively explain them to prospects.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to remain calm and handle rejection professionally.
  • Excellent negotiation skills to address complaints and resolve issues.
  • Willingness to achieve monthly sales targets.
