Job Role:
Sales Officer
Job Description (JD):
- Handle retail and field sales activities across assigned AP districts
- Visit retail outlets and develop new customers
- Promote and sell Pitambari FMCG products in the market
- Ensure product availability, visibility, and proper distribution
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Build strong relationships with retailers and distributors
- Collect market feedback and monitor competitor activity
- Maintain daily sales reports and field activity records
Experience Required:
- 1 to 3 years in FMCG / field sales / retail sales preferred
- Freshers with strong interest in sales can also apply
- Experience in handling retail outlets, distributors, or field operations is a plus
Education Qualification:
- Any Graduate / Inter
Salary & Benefits:
- ₹18,000 – ₹30,000 per month
- Plus performance-based incentives
- Salary negotiable based on experience
Skills Required:
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Knowledge of retail market and field sales
- Willingness to travel within assigned districts
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
