Job Role:

Sales Officer

Job Description (JD):

• Handle retail and field sales activities across assigned AP districts
• Visit retail outlets and develop new customers
• Promote and sell Pitambari FMCG products in the market
• Ensure product availability, visibility, and proper distribution
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Build strong relationships with retailers and distributors
• Collect market feedback and monitor competitor activity
• Maintain daily sales reports and field activity records

Experience Required:

• 1 to 3 years in FMCG / field sales / retail sales preferred
• Freshers with strong interest in sales can also apply
• Experience in handling retail outlets, distributors, or field operations is a plus

Education Qualification:

• Any Graduate / Inter

Salary & Benefits:

• ₹18,000 – ₹30,000 per month
• Plus performance-based incentives
• Salary negotiable based on experience

Skills Required:

• Good communication and convincing skills
• Knowledge of retail market and field sales
• Willingness to travel within assigned districts
• Target-oriented and self-motivated
