Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Loan Tele Caller role based in Vadodara. The Loan Tele Caller will connect with potential and existing customers via telephone to explain loan products, understand borrowing needs, and generate leads for various loan offerings. The role involves verifying basic eligibility, capturing accurate customer information, and coordinating with internal teams to support loan processing. The Loan Tele Caller will be responsible for following up on inquiries, maintaining call records, and meeting daily and monthly outreach and conversion targets. The position also includes providing clear information on documentation requirements, addressing customer queries, and upholding high standards of customer service and professionalism.
Qualifications

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, including clear spoken English and local language proficiency, active listening, and customer service orientation.
- Candidates should possess sales and persuasion skills, including the ability to handle objections, build rapport quickly, and convert leads into successful applications.
- Candidates should possess basic financial and loan-related understanding, such as interest rates, loan types, and documentation requirements, or be willing to learn.
- Candidates should possess good organizational and data-handling skills, including accurate record-keeping, basic computer literacy, and familiarity with CRM or call management tools.
- Relevant experience in tele-calling, inside sales, customer support, or the BFSI sector is preferred.
- Minimum educational qualification: higher secondary (12th pass); a graduate degree in commerce, finance, or related field is an advantage.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment, maintain professionalism, and adhere to company policies and compliance standards.
