Role Description The Loan Settlement Advisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Agra. The advisor will communicate with clients to understand their financial situation, explain debt settlement options, and guide them through the settlement process. Daily responsibilities include reviewing loan documents, negotiating with lenders or creditors, preparing settlement proposals, and maintaining accurate records in internal systems. The role also involves providing regular updates to clients on case progress, coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely resolution, and adhering to regulatory and company guidelines. The advisor is expected to build trust with clients, handle sensitive information with discretion, and contribute to continuous improvement of settlement processes.
Qualifications
  • Strong client communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts clearly and empathetically.
  • Solid understanding of loans, debt settlement processes, and basic financial principles; experience in banking, finance, or collections is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in data entry and documentation, with attention to detail and accuracy in managing client records and settlement agreements.
  • Negotiation and problem-solving skills to handle creditor discussions and develop feasible settlement strategies for clients.
  • Ability to work on-site in Agra, manage time effectively, and handle multiple cases in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfort with using CRM or case management software and standard office productivity tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, commerce, business, or a related field preferred; relevant experience may be considered in place of formal education.
  • Commitment to ethical practices, confidentiality, and compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
