Experience: 1–3 Years

Location: Chandigarh IT Park (WFO)

Job Responsibilities:

• Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, email, online research, and other platforms.
• Identify potential clients and maintain a strong prospect database.
• Research target markets and companies.
• Qualify leads based on business requirements.
• Coordinate with the Sales/Business Development team for lead handover.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM or spreadsheets.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation targets.

Required Skills:

• Experience in B2B Lead Generation.
• Good knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other lead generation tools.
• Strong internet research and data mining skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with CRM tools is an added advantage.
• Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach.
