Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Liaison Manager role based in the Greater Delhi Area. The Liaison Manager will act as a primary point of contact between clients, candidates, internal teams, and external stakeholders to ensure smooth coordination of placement and HR activities. Daily responsibilities include building and maintaining relationships with corporate clients, understanding their staffing needs, and coordinating with internal consultants to fulfill requirements. The role involves tracking recruitment assignments, managing communication timelines, resolving issues, and providing regular status updates to stakeholders. The Liaison Manager will also support business development initiatives, participate in client meetings, gather feedback, and help improve service delivery processes and documentation.
Qualifications
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, candidates, and internal teams.
  • Experience in recruitment, HR consulting, or staffing services, preferably within a consultancy or agency environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to prepare clear reports, proposals, and updates.
  • Proven organizational and coordination abilities, with strong attention to detail and capability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously.
  • Comfort working on-site in the Greater Delhi Area and engaging in regular in-person meetings with clients and partners.
  • Proficiency with common office and collaboration tools (e.g., MS Office, email, spreadsheets, basic CRM or ATS tools).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills, professional demeanor, and a customer-focused mindset when handling escalations and feedback.
